REFUND POLICY

Here at Our Euphoria & Co, we're very confident that you will love your goodies - however just in case there is something that isn't quite right, we've developed a process to make things simple for all parties. Our Euphoria & Co provide a "fair and reasonable" returns and exchange policy. Despite all of our products being personally inspected by our thorough selves prior to shipping, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If this is the case, we request that you please contact us immediately (within 3 days) upon receipt of your parcel, should you believe there is a defect with your purchased item(s). Should an item you purchased be defective, we will replace it within 7 days of receiving your email notification. **Please note the below does not apply to any clearance items**

Although it is not required, we strongly suggest you send any item(s) back to Our Euphoria & Co via registered/insured post. We recommend this as Our Euphoria & Co are not responsible for item(s) damaged or lost during transit. Should the worst occur, Our Euphoria & Co will not be accountable or liable to refund, exchange or provide a store credit. All item(s) must be returned, unused, unmarked and inclusive of all packaging (lids, bags, logos etc).

Our Euphoria & Co cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of Our Euphoria & Co online store.

Our Euphoria & Co do not offer a "change of mind policy", so please select your vessel style and scent carefully. If you aren't quite sure what you are looking for, or have a particular scent you're after, have a chat with us! We are more than happy to help and want to ensure you're truly happy with your purchase! 

Returns and Exchange Process:

  1. Notify us via email at our.euphoria@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your goods
  2. Title the subject line with your name and order number
  3. Provide an detailed description of the fault and where possible, include photos
  4. Our Euphoria & Co will respond to your email within 2 business days
  5. Should your product be deemed faulty, we will send you a replacement within 7 business days from our confirmation email
