PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

All products at Our Euphoria & Co are custom made. We require up to 3 business days to hand make your purchased goodies. All hand-poured candles must remain unmoved for a minimum of 24 hours, to ensure they set correctly. We commit to doing our very best to get your purchases created and sent as quick as we can!

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of your order being ready. However, orders during promotional or sale periods may take up to 10 business days for dispatch. Orders received on non-business days* will be processed and dispatched on the next appropriate business day. 

All Australian orders are sent via Sendle or Australia Post. Delivery for these postal service generally take between 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the level of shipping requested (Standard or Express).

**PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ORDERS NOT BEING ABLE TO BE PICKED UP FROM ADELAIDE, DUE TO - FREE DELIVERY - BEING CHOSEN FOR INSTEAD OF POSTAGE**

Our Euphoria & Co take no responsibility for orders that are delayed with the above postal companies due to seasonal periods or Covid-19 delays.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for all postage costs associated with returns or exchanges for any reason. Our Euphoria & Co does not take responsibility for customers wishing to return or exchange products.
